The central theme of the Congress is Effective Education & Quality Management –  Key Factor for Success.

The Organizing Committee invites all interested authors to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. Abstracts can be submitted following the LINK. Abstract submission deadline is December 15, 2019. Authors submitting papers are entitled to a 50% discount on the regular registration fee. Please note, that the number of papers to be presented during the Congress is limited and priority will be given to authors submitting the paper first!
